Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is 1,5 line-spacing; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. Articles should be original, unpublished and not under review for possible publication in other journals.
  2. Manuscript should be typed in MS Document format, Font “Book Antiqua”, 1.5 line-spacing on A4-paper size, 15 to 25 pages.
  3. The article should be written in English. The title of the article is written not more than 15 words.
  4. All submission must include 150-200 words abstract and 3-5 keywords. The abstract of research paper should contain the purposes, methodology, and findings of the study.
  5. Full name(s) of the author(s) must be stated, along with his/her/their institution and email address.
  6. All references must follow the APA style as far as possible. In-text citations are inserted in the body of research paper.
  7. It is strongly suggested to use MENDELEY or ZOTERO.

The copyright of the received article shall be assigned to the journal as the publisher of the journal. The intended copyright includes the right to publish the article in various forms (including reprints). The journal maintains the publishing rights to the published articles.

Authors are permitted to disseminate published articles by sharing the link/DOI of the article at the journal. Authors are allowed to use their articles for any legal purposes deemed necessary without written permission from the journal with an acknowledgment of initial publication to this journal.

AJIS JOURNAL is a peer-reviewed national journal, available in print and online and published two times a year.
